To confirm a booking with Aegean Boat, customers are required to provide either a deposit or full payment in advance.
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund of the amount paid (either deposit or full payment).
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled trip or fail to show up, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund, as we reserve the boat exclusively for your booking.
